During my recent health issues, my blood pressure readings adjusted upwards beyond the “normal green zone - 120/70” into the pre-hypertensive range due to my slowdown in exercising, medications, etc.
Yesterday, I had my annual medical and as part of this exercise, I had my blood pressure readings taken again for the records…..needles to say, I am back within the “normal green zone of 120/70”!!👍
This has been in greater part due to my association with @ Team Acorn!!!!!🦾🦾🦾👏👏
